Co-Founder and Chief Trainer

Dr. Fritz was President of Caleb Project from 1983 to 2006. Caleb Project gave him regular opportunities to coach people who entered cultures different than their own. From 2007 to 2011 Greg served as a VP at Partners International where he met many wonderful international indigenous leaders. He then co-founded Anda Leadership with his daughter, Laura. He also enjoys serving as an Adjunct Professor of Cross Cultural Ministry and World Religions at Whitworth University. He completed his doctorate in leadership in 2004. Greg and his wife, Nancy, reside in Spokane, WA and have four adult children.

E. Howard Amland

E. Howard Amland

Chief Marketing & Revenue Officer

Mr. Amland assists Anda Leadership and our clients with attaining financial objectives through reaching out locally and globally. Howard has a diverse entrepreneurial background in General Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Fund Raising, Higher Education, and Consulting. His vast experience includes successful new startups and turnarounds, including top leadership roles with several non-profits and for-profit ventures in a variety of industries. Organizations have realized significant growth and additional revenue streams under his leadership. In addition to his role with Anda Leadership, he currently serves as Principal Consultant for Integrity ePayment Solutions, and as an Adjunct Professor teaching a variety of management, marketing, and other courses. Howard and his wife, Blythe, reside in Spokane, WA.

Laura Phaladi

Laura Phaladi

Co-Founder & Senior Director of Intercultural Relations

Mrs. Phaladi has travelled internationally for much of her life, spending time in twenty countries for humanitarian work, leadership training, and ethnography. Laura learned a great deal about foreign involvement in development, cross-cultural relations, conflict resolution, and became increasingly passionate about the role of indigenous leadership.

Through Anda Leadership, she seeks to contribute to sustainable growth and development in emerging markets by providing leadership and business training to entrepreneurs. Laura earned a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship from Grove City College and currently lives in Botswana with her husband, Kagiso.
